I never explicitly ordered their service or gave them my credit card number. Somehow they borrowed the CC number I believe from the Cheapticket.com transaction. They did send me two emails but I ignored them, thinking it was just a solicitation.
Google 'Reservation Rewards Ripoff' for more similar experiences-They should be shut down. I suspect it is an overseas operation though the CC transaction gives an 800 number with CT appended, presumably Conneticut. 128d539

| 4. Written by Hugh Bracey on March 2, 2008 from easton, pennsylvania, US I have also almost fallen victim to this scam. I purchased airline tickets through Expedia and subsequently started to receive emails from 'Reservation Rewards' which I ignored. However, for some reason I actually read one of the emails and saw at the end of it that i was about to have my credit card charged with $10 per month. I cannot recall having entered my credit card details twice on expedia so can only assume that Expedia passed this information (or sold it on commission?) to 'Reservation Rewards' . I was lucky but i will never again use Expedia for anything! |
